Rep. Michael McCaul (R-Texas), chair of the Foreign Affairs Committee, on Nov. 4 urged the Commerce Department to enforce existing export controls meant to prevent key Chinese communist regime-tied companies such as Huawei and Semiconductor Manufacturing
