Rep. Lloyd Smucker, R-Pa., led the letter to the administrator,
Sen. Susan Collins, R-Maine[1], reiterated to reporters that she still supports former U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley for president despite Haley no longer being in the race for the Republican nomination.
