Attention is quickly turning to the Southeast U.S. coast as Invest 95L was designated late Saturday after a stalled front off the coast spun up a coastal low. This area of low pressure, sitting over the Gulf Stream, could become tropical or subtropical as it tracks toward the coast of the Carolinas on Monday.07:45[1]
