NOAA’s Climate Prediction Center (CPC) released its official winter outlook for 2024-25 on Thursday, and it looks as though a weak La Nina will emerge and have an impact on weather patterns this winter. FOX Weather Meteorologist Bob Van Dillen breaks down the latest from the report.
Climate experts are eagerly awaiting the declaration of a La Niña, but the global weather pattern may be weak or may not emerge at all, potentially impacting global weather patterns.
