Tsunami waves reached the U.S. West Coast early Wednesday morning after first impacting Hawaii after a massive magnitude 8.8 earthquake off the coast of Russia. FOX Weather Meteorologists Craig Herrera and Haley Meier have the latest on July 30, 2025.
