Heavy rain, powerful gusts and coastal erosion are all threats Thursday, as fast-moving storm system moves up the East Coast ahead of Halloween. Flights were delayed across major Northeast airports Thursday morning. FOX Weather Correspondent Katie Byrne spoke to officials in Wildwood, New Jersey.
