Parts of the lower-third of the U.S. are likely to see their first glimpse of winter as below-average temperatures set in at the tail of the weekend and start of the work week. Tallahassee, Florida, is likely to see its first freeze before New York City does. 
Over 100 million Americans from Boston, Mas[1] to Tampa, Fla[2], will get an early taste of winter this week, thanks to a sweeping cold front that will bring the coldest air of the season starting Sunday and lasting into next week.
